DING 2013: “Born in St. Mary Le Tower, Ipswich, he was B. S., Corpus Christi College, Cambridge. He held the rectory of Freston since 1880. He edited the Freston Parish Magazine (1886-1908). He had antiquarian interests and published numerous papers on historical and archaeological topics in contemporary magazines. He is buried in Freston.”
